I’m your average (if not below) Chinese-American trying to find a purpose in life. Started directionless blogging in high school (first Xanga, then Pitas, Kowaimono.net and now Panikku.com). Was originally named “Another Scene” while at kowaimono.net, but I renamed it to “A Different Scene” when I moved to Panikku.com, but I switched it back to another scene because I really miss the title, which was inspired by the 12012 song. At the moment, I’m trying to find structure in my life and looking for a direction for my blog cause it’s pretty bland now.
Manga: mainly shoujo and some seinen; comedy is usually necessary – Hana Yori Dango, Red River, Saver, Masca
TV: True Blood, Game of Thrones, Wilfred, The Office, Law and Order: SVU, Psych, Freaks and Geeks, Arrested Development, Simpsons, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, 30 Rock, American Horror Story
Movies: Comedies (dark and/or spoofs), some action: Scott Pilgrim, most 90s Hong Kong comedies
Music: Anything that isn’t stupid, but mostly J-rock, K-hip hop, rock, industrial metal, etc.
Video games: Shadows Hearts series, Final Fantasy X/X-2, early generation Pokemon, Paper Mario, Maple Story, World of Warcraft (tired of MMOs)
Drawing- when I get the chance to, but I still suck
Gaming- Ughhhhhhh….
Knitting- No comments on how it’s for grannies, ok?
Naps- need I say more?
Learning- I’m not talking about school, I’m talking about random, useless things like what not to do in a fire (useless indeed :P)
Sports- Exercise when I’m tired of being a fattie, but then I’m tired of exercise. This vicious cycle never ends
Shopping- I am pretty stingy, although I do have my random binges.
Web design- Still working on it, as evidenced by this blog
Being jobless- I am very skilled at this, I should add this to my resume…

1. Independence! aka moving out and paying my own bills

3. Learn to play the bass
4. Once <4> is accomplished, try guitar
5. Improve drawing and creativity (this is as artsy as I want to get)
6. Lose weight to be healthy/look good
7. Once <7> is accomplished, find boyfriend…. husband
8. Learn about makeup
9. Learn to minimize inventory and never clutter my house
10. Learn useful skills (like how to replace a lock without needing to call an emergency locksmith and get charged $300…. See related post)
